Our theory
Raise your bar.
Grow beyond what you thought possible.
Our training meets each player where they are, then challenges them to reach the next level. Players and coaches share the commitment to keep growing.
For players
Train with intention.
Keep raising your bar.
Your promise: bring your passion, stay curious and take ownership of your development.
Your passion is your fuel
Bring your love for football into every session. Train with the same focus and energy you bring to a match.
Don’t suppress your creativity
The field is your canvas. Try ideas, make decisions and always leave room to enjoy the game.
Learn to understand football
The game is constantly changing. Learn to read each moment and discover how you can influence it as a player.
Football training is brain training
Top players concentrate, have confidence in themselves and pay attention to their mental habits. Notice your focus and responses as you train.
Respect the process and each other
Progress takes time. Notice small gains and support your teammates, opponents and coaches. You are part of something bigger than one training session.
For coaches
Teach the game,
develop the person.
Our promise: challenge every player with patience, fairness and full commitment.
Expect 110% from the player, get 110% back from the coach
Coaches come prepared, bring energy and give their full effort in every session.
Teach through the game
Use realistic match problems. Slow technique down in the warm-up or a short intervention, then restore game speed and decisions.
Approach each player differently, coach each player fairly
Every one of us is different, but we are all the same in the respect and opportunity we deserve. Criticism is precise and only used to develop the player.
Keep learning and reviewing
Coaches are constantly developing themselves in order to teach better. Study the game and reflect after sessions.
Every day you train is another moment to enjoy
Training should be the best part of your day. As a coach, maximize this with proper planning and execution. If the player doesn’t understand what’s going on in training, it will be difficult to understand in the game.
Why we created this
A standard we can both stand behind.
We started B2B Football because we believe coaching should do more than improve a player’s performance. Training should prepare players for real moments in a match, build their confidence, and give them room to make mistakes and learn.
We want players to stay in sport. One widely cited estimate suggests that about 70% of young athletes leave organized sport by age 13. Research points to lost enjoyment, pressure, and feeling less capable as reasons young people step away. We want players to work hard without losing their love of football.
We know only a small number of players reach the professional level. We want to give every player the tools to pursue that goal and other paths the game can open up. Learning to make decisions, respond to setbacks, work with others, and have confidence in themselves will serve players on the pitch and beyond it.
This theory holds us accountable. Players deserve coaches who keep learning, give honest and precise feedback, and bring the same commitment they ask of every athlete. Development takes time, and these principles guide how we work together through it.
